Are you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-Project Manager, HR Shared Services

Lead strategic, high priority, projects across the various HR Shared Services sub-functions and oversee effective and efficient execution of business projects. The incumbent would work very closely with business and IT teams to define problems and design solutions. S/he would be responsible for understanding the process flows and technical environment, to convert business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
  • Timely closure of Background check process
  • Logging the timely exit & activation of ids
  • Co-ordinating with various internal teams to close the actionable
  • Release daily updates with business in terms of dashboard
  • Interact with EU/UK Stakeholders through calls

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification
  • Graduate
  • Expert in HR activities
  • Ability to effectively interact with senior stakeholders- good communication skills
  • Well versed with MS office
  • Well versed with exit formalities
  • Excellent quantitative skills: strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office: MS PowerPoint & MS Excel Skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, Power Query, logical formulas, etc.)
  • Strong data management & MIS skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, experience with project coordination
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to define problems and design solutions
  • Ability to manage project governance and timely report outs with leadership stakeholders
  • A quick learner and a self-starter ready to take on challenging assignments
  • Ability to think logically and question the details

Preferred Qualification
  • Prior exposure in HR would be added advantage
  • Post Graduate (MBA)
