Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, PMO Lead
In this role, you will lead PMO team of Technology Operation Services group. You will be part of PMO team which is responsible to ensure all IT projects in corporate IT group follow standard practices and have gone through required checks before going live.
You will work with various operational teams within TOS function. Your role will involve project management skills
Responsibilities
. Resource Management (Attrition/backfill, Planning, ARC, RRC, Headcount target v/s achieved/ Forecasting HC tracking
. Performance Management tracking framework creation & adherence / Quarterly workflow / Timesheet adherence tracking
. Reward & Recognition (Cheers / DIP) - Central
. Employee Engagement (Townhall, Activities, Ice breakers, appreciation mailers)
. Track critical goals & report out (CTQ)
. OPS Metrics - Tickets / ageing / Open Tkts / SLA Performance / Guidelines
. Reponses to Audit RFI & represent PMO function
. Work with vendor teams to execute the various projects
. Manage Project Stakeholders & Drive project governance
. Provide weekly/ daily/monthly updates to key stakeholders
. Trouble shoot issues encountered during project execution
. Maintain project plans/risks/issues and other project related artifacts in Genpact systems
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification
. A bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology required along with proven experience in IT industry, including experience in Contract governance and Service level management
. Experience in IT operations, IT management and Service Desk tools (e.g., Remedy/Service now) is an added advantage
. Must have excellent people management, planning, project management and organizational skills
. Must be a problem solver and innovator. Must possess strong computer skills - expert in Excel to analyze large volumes of data.
. Strong interpersonal & leadership skills desirable. Desire demonstrated cross-cultural effectiveness and capability of driving change. Ability to see structure and bring order to undefined processes, as well as develop and implement processes wherever needed
. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
. Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated (personal initiative)
. Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and be able to handle pressure. Prefer candidates with demonstrated experience in analyzing and presenting data to management
. Must have MS-Office skill set and strong power point presentation skills
Preferred qualifications
. Certifications - ITIL 4, COBIT 5, Prince 2 or equivalent certifications
. Experience with handling IT budgets
. Experience in creating dashboards/reports for customers
