We work in partnership with fulfillment and logistics providers to ensure a visible service to our supply chain and smooth delivery services to end users.

You will:

  • As a Logistics Senior Manager, you will manage the Global Fulfilment & Logistics Control Tower, lead your team to drive operational effectiveness & excellence across the organization.

  • You will be responsible to ensure perfect delivery excellence & minimizing delivery disruptions through the modernization of the Control Tower, Digitized solutions, proactive monitoring of all Key Performance Indicators, drive accountability & influence and look around corners to mitigate any potential risk.

  • You will play a significant role in meeting customers needs, you will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for our customers and all stakeholders including Customer Care, Sales & Business operations.

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent operational command of the business & proven success in driving operational effectiveness and Customer Centricity for a large organization

  • Digital transformation & Performance Management . Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast pace environment.

  • Modernization of Control Tower. 8-10+ years Management / Leadership experience leading a Logistics Control Tower / Customer Service Organization.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, MBA preferred.

  • Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographies.
