Edu Qualifications: Graduate with a B Com degree/ MBA in Finance or PG would be preferred
Preferred Grade: B4
Age group: 30 years
Designation: Sr. Manager
Min. work experience: 8-10 years
Preferred Industry/ sector:Auto(Commercial / Passenger Vehicles), Consumer Durables, Banking (Personal loans/Credit Cards) Span of Control
Reporting to: Business Head
Supervises (directly/indirectly): team of about 300-350
Role statement
To develop the X bucket Collections capability, engaging with current clientele, developing process SLAs, monitoring revenue targets & supporting the regional team with effective
execution meeting the Clients guidelines
Core Responsibilities:
Carry out necessary capacity planning to optimize performance by conducting regular daily review with the regional team to drive performance
Review process gaps and work with line team to ensure closure of audit gaps as required in the SLA
Monitoring Productivity and Efficiency levels and provide feedback for improvements
Weekly / Monthly Review with client to understand their concern and providing solutions
Resolving legal concerns raised by the client
Manage indirectly a team of employees for effectiveness and results
Keep a track on the Revenue & Cost run rate and ensure maintenance of gross margin as set by management
Coordinate effectively with the support teams to ensure smooth operations with respect to availability of resources
Impart training programs to the regional team on new process, interventions as required
Oversee process improvements thus helping to control cost
Identify & prepare the next level to take up higher responsibilities
Knowledge:
Should have strong domain knowledge on collections (Soft)
Understanding of the nuances of X bucket Collections & trends in the market
Knowledge on handling Legal aspects relating to collections
Client Management
Skills & Abilities:
High orientation for people management (on rolls & off roll employees) particularly handling huge team
Should be aggressive in approach & target oriented
Good Analytical and Communication Skills
Effective interpersonal skills
