We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate Cyber Security
Principal responsibilities
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, situated in Cyber Security, provides the first line of defence for the organisation for all matters relating to system, infrastructure and application access, user identity lifecycle management and implementing controls to protect the groups key information. IAM uses a combination of processes and technologies aligning to the policies to help manage and bring visibility to inappropriate access, access activities and events.
We are a global function which resides within Cybersecurity. We have a multi-disciplined team of employees spread across 4 core locations (UK, India, China and Hong Kong) and 15 satellite locations.
Our satellite locations include Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia, US, Canada, Indonesia, Turkey, Malta, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, France, Vietnam, Korea, Japan, Krakow, Philippines and Chile.
  • Log Monitoring activities performed by the Cyber Security - Identity and Access Management Operations team in Hyderabad
  • Work with Team Leaders (IAM teams around the Group) to implement effective information technology processes to achieve the business partner's objectives
  • Deliver services in accordance with Service Level and Performance Level agreements. IAM Security processes are 24/7 and many are business critical fully migrated teams
  • Work with the IAM Security management team and colleagues and be part of high-performing teams that deliver, the right work in the right place, and develop new teams to support IT strategic initiatives as required.
  • Ensure that PLAs are met as per agreed standards. Establish service standards and procedures to sustain the agreed service levels on a 24 X 7 basis.
  • Should have good knowledge on understanding and analysing either Databases/ Platforms/Cloud Monitoring Logs.
  • Will require liaising with various reviewers both internal and external to ensure all reviews are completed in time and effectively.
  • Work towards improving customer satisfaction levels.
  • Work towards reduction of reviews by highlighting any non-interactive activities
  • Timely follow up of reviews and handling escalations end to end.
  • Ensure that all queries in the generic email box are taken care of in a timely fashion
  • Guide reviewers in completing the reviews on time. Pass review feed backs and improvements as suggested by the reviewers to the Team Leader.

Requirements
  • Experience and knowledge of processes to support delivery of Log Monitoring Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience in handling Monitoring teams / activities.
  • Proven ability to handle escalations and follow up's with reviewers independently
  • Proven experience of resolving escalations and queries related to operational approaches and tools effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with very well developed analytical reasoning and communication skills.
  • Excellent proven presentation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills - Leads by example, promotes 2-way communication, tailoring own style and approach to meet audience's needs, win confidence and credibility.
  • Strong understanding of the Risk and Control principles and a proven record of effectively managing risks within business.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written to build and maintain effective working relationships with various peer groups. (E)
  • Ability to handle escalations, work independently to deliver team objectives
  • Proven ability to ‘self-start and act on own initiative - (E)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of operations risks and the ability to interpret Operations risk findings (E)
  • Attention to detail combined with strong delivery focus and ability to meet aggressive timeframes with quality results (E)
  • Flexibility to work in shifts. (E)
