APM Terminals (a part of the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group's Transport and Logistics Division) is a leading global port and cargo inland services provider with a presence in 69 countries providing the world's most geographically balanced global terminal network with 73 ports along with an inland services network spanning 140 locations. The Global Service Centres serve the APMT business through its off shored sites with its state of the art information technology and dedicated employees. The main services provided are Transaction and Knowledge based Finance & Accounting, Human Resources Operations, IT Application Support & Knowledge based IT services.We offer

Customer queries and dispute handling
➢ Booking incoming payments & allocation to appropriate invoices.
➢ Customer account reconciliation
➢ Customer master data creation
➢ Collections
➢ Dunning
➢ Resolving invoice queries by co-ordinating directly with customers
➢ Communicating with stakeholders/customers via email, telephone, VC, etc.
➢ Creating monthly & weekly Dashboards.
➢ Focus to make processes lean and efficient
➢ Drive process improvements and standardisation
Achieving agreed KPI results on the above tasks.We are looking for
B. Com / M.com with 3-4 years of experience in ‘Accounts Receivable function.
Technical Skills and Competencies Required
3-4 years of ‘Accounts Receivable experience.
➢ Language Proficiency English (Verbal & Written)
➢ Prior experience of working on ERP system would be an added advantage.
➢ Excellent Excel skills.
➢ Familiar with MS Outlook & Internet.
➢ Good communication skills - should be able to independently communicate with stakeholders via emails, telephone, etc.
➢ Good personal attributes - Matured, confident & a team player.
