Senior Analyst - Master Data Management Position will be based in Pune Location.
An experience purchasing professional who can quickly and accurately process purchase orders in a fast paced environment. Has excellent stake holders service skills and works well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do

  • Work as Individual Contributor while extending Subject Matter Expertise to Team members , Team Leads , other stake-holders

  • Ability to understand purchasing and procurement methods and procedures

  • Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.

  • Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing and other T&Cs

  • Provide reports, information, analysis etc., as required, in a timely, professional manner

  • Maintain good level of public relations with outside suppliers as well as a strong partnership with internal customers

  • Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup

  • Advise stakeholders of modifications from original requests

  • Obtain price and other non-pricing information from approved suppliers

  • Provide guidance to Team members on day to day Operations, following SOW/SOPs and all documents from QMS perspective

  • Spearhead Team's readiness for Audits (Internal / External) - ISO , Risk, IATF, SOX etc.

Here is some of what you'll need (required)

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Engineering Graduates

  • Proficiency: ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP/ Oracle,

  • Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (PF)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills MANDATORY

  • 1. Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN)

  • 2. Advanced Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook

  • 3. Exposure to voice process will be highly preferred

  • 4. Good analytical skills

  • 5. Coaching & mentoring skills

  • 6. Conflict resolution

  • 7. Reporting & Decision making skills

  • 8. Prior experience of working both in Manufacturing and Shared Services environment preferred

  • 9. Flexible in shift timing
