Fraud and Abuse Analysts will help identify both known and unknown fraud and abuse tactics. Analyst will be responsible for driving analytics projects for the defined LoB (Fraud category). Role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders including client.
Skills Required:
• Strong in MS-Excel (including formulas)
• Strong in data-interpretation, trend identification and data deep-diving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving
• Advanced skills in Deep dive and Root cause analysis
• Advanced SQL scripting skills
• Create/maintain databases
• Bachelor degree or higher with a quantitative focus (statistics, math, economics, operations management, computer science)
• Prototyping and other programming language skills highly desirable
• Superior communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences, as well as driving and obtaining buy-in from cross-functional teams
• Developing system capabilities, analytics and metrics development
• Advanced SQL scripting skills
• Create/maintain databases
