Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities but not limited to -
· Configuring, managing, securing, and troubleshooting issues related to O365.
· Administer and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure.
· Troubleshoot Exchange related issues.
· Administration, support, and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff.
· To provide the required level of service by performing analysis, planning, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
· Primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and support of solutions related to O365.
· Responsible for managing the day-to-day administration, planning, and problem-solving for the O365.
· Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, MS Teams, OneNote, Outlook, etc)
· Managing O365 licensing and creation of Distribution list.
· Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity and mobility.
· Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system, and storage utilization reports.
· Manage SMTP server including troubleshooting.
· Administration of Azure AD and perform troubleshooting, synchronization, group synchronization, and synchronization error troubleshooting.
· Perform Azure AD queries, report creation, and use of PowerShell.
· Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services such as Azure AD, AIP, ATP, EM+S, Teams, Intune, AAD Connect, Exchange Online, and O365.
· Creation/deletion/management of objects, i.e. local user accounts, groups, workstations, servers, printers, etc. in their OU hierarchy
· Group Policy Object (GPO) creation, troubleshooting, and management
· Administration and management of Microsoft ADFS solution.
· Manage user and computer access like USB, Share Folder,
· User Login ID and email ID creation within the shared SLA.
· Administration and management of Antivirus solutions.
· Administration and management of DLP solution.
· Encryption management of desktops and laptops.
· Patch management of Windows, Linux, Adobe, and all relevant applications.
· Administration and management of SCCM.
· Provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution.
Technical Expertise -
· Minimum 08 years of experience in the Administration of IT solutions.
· Expert on O365, Azure administration.
· Active Directory and group policy management.
· Good Knowledge of Antivirus management.
· Strong Knowledge of SCCM.
· Manage user and computer access.
· Strong knowledge of DLP, ATP, Encryption.

Eligibility

Bachelor of Science (BSc.) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) with a major in Information Technology
