Job Description

As Scientific Engagement Lead Candidate will be working at the grass root level, meeting doctors and chemists promoting company's brands and ensuring brand building.
Eligibility criteria.
Fresher/Experienced more than 6 months having Graduation in BSC or B Pharmacy.
Female candidates will be an added advantage , Having Derma Experience will be added advantage

  • Good Communication skills in English.

  • Experience in pharma sales ( Dermatology will be added advantage )

  • Candidate will be responsible for Sales & Business development activities.

  • Relationship building with doctors and hospitals

  • Will have to maintain regularity in relationship building

  • Do chemist survey to ensure availability of products.

  • Regular follow up with doctors, Specialist and Hospital Doctors etc.

  • Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.

  • Facilitating Medical conferences.

  • Ensure proper distribution of samples and promotional scientific materials to selected Doctors.

  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with chemist and HCP

  • Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory
