Role: SecOps Account & Access Management
Skills: Windows AD, VPN Access, Lotus Notes, XID Accounts, File Share, Mainframe Access Management
Good communication skills and able to work with customer stakeholders independently.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for L1 and minimum 3 years of relevant experience for L2 engineers - multitasking and effective communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
Monday to Friday - 24 hours (need to work in Shifts)
Service Scope: Support Level 2 Operations (Account Management)
IT Security Account and Access Management Support Tickets can come from TI Worldwide Customers. Support includes working on Tickets/Emails/On-calls/Project Tasks & Activities
.Centralized management of accounts that has access to IT systems and applications
.Account management include creating, modifying and suspending accounts
.File server and LTERM administration
.Adheres to security guidelines, escalate service requests to third level teams, provide on-call support for HR actions and generate tickets via the ticketing system.
.Process and procedure documentation, participating in team meetings, activities, processes and directives working effectively with team members to provide exceptional customer service
