End Point Security
Responsibilities
1
Preferable to have prior experience in managing EndPoint Detect and Response (EDR) program
2
Deploy and maintain Endpoint Security platforms including data loss prevention, malware prevention, EDR, and application control to on-prem and cloud-hosted Windows environment.

Ensure all Endpoint Security platform and policies align with security best practices.
4
Provide evidence of infrastructure controls for audit and compliance purposes.
5
Proven experience with Endpoint tools such as anti-virmalware prevention, EDR, DLP, exploit mitigation, and attack surface reduction.

Working experience with Windows Systems Management and Patch Management technologies like MECM, SCCM, WSUS, and Group Policy is preferred.

Provide information regarding any perceived weaknesses in the security program

Experience in with common IT deployment and management tools
9
Knowledge of basic cryptography (TLS) and common network protocols.

Experience with patch management, remote support, and networking

Detailed security knowledge including aspects such as malware, network intrusion prevention, Security Information Event Management systems

Act as a project lead for new endpoint security solutions to ensure a fluid process is in place that allows enterprise wide systems to remain compliant

Perform as the Technical Lead for all IT Security endpoint related projects.

Ensure clear testing process before production go-live are well documented, and ensure general troubleshooting of the endpoint suite.

Communicate and execute the required upgrades to the endpoint security platform to address bug fixes, compatibility issues, and enhancements following change management process.

Support endpoint security roadmap updates and enhancements

Partner with Security Operations Center to close any gaps for documentation and updates.

Responsible for high severity issues escalated to IT Security related to endpoint security solution.

Collaborate with security operations center in the incident response process as trending security events are discovered and utilize root cause analysis for resolution.

Strong experience designing, deploying, and maintaining endpoint security platforms on both Windows and Non-Windows systems.

Prefer experience with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, McAfee Anti-Virus, Data-loss prevention, and McAfee client encryption.

One of the following certifications CISSP, CISA is preferred.

Familiarity with industry data security, privacy standards, relevant laws and regulatory requirements

Strong understanding of malware, exploit attacks, and ransomware.
25
Understanding of SOX and PCI audits.
26
Technical understanding of network protocols.

Support proof of concepts, research and developments of new endpoint security stacks

Troubleshoot endpoint Security and performance related issues
29
Apply industry and company security knowledge, policies, standards, and practices
30
Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal and team skills
32
Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to clearly define the problem and identify potential solutions that consider its broader impact
33
Ability to work in an Agile environment leveraging strong work management, organizational and planning skills
