About the team
FIS provides payment processing and banking software, services and outsourcing of the associated technology. We Merchant solution organization of FIS work around enabling digitization of modern money and provide convenience to Merchant across world with ease of accepting payment.
What you will be doing
Key purpose of the role includes providing a leadership role in the application support of the SAS application and platform. The role is to ensure that the availability and transactional quality of the SAS platform is maintained at the highest levels, with goals of five nines for both. The role team leadership of paramount importance in the way the team from Pune works with teams located elsewhere in the world
This role would also work for Automation and Improvements planning and implementation of SAS platform. Learning, maintaining and sharing knowledge continually. Continuous self- improvement in technology, business and leadership skills. Incident investigations, Problem root cause analysis, Managing change.
What you bring:-
Knowledge/Experience

  • 8 plus years of experience in B24 Classic, Tandem, HP Non Stop, ISO8583 and APACS.
  • Experience on TACL, TANDEM with Application developer/Support.
  • Preferably but not mandatory from Card Payments Processing Business Knowledge (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
  • Working in an 24x7 Application Support (Level2 and 3) environment, supporting a mission critical live system comprising of Card Payment Transaction Processing, Batch Processing, Database Refreshing, Interfacing Internal System, 3rd party External applications along with Platform and Product support.
  • Experience of managing live production incidents, triage bridge calls, prioritizing incident workload based on severity and need of the hour.
  • Experienced in managing Incident volumes, ticket management, application of ITIL methodologies and utilizing tools such as Service Now, Remedy, JIRA and/or similar.
  • Experience in creating SOE (Sequence of Events) for Change Implementations.
  • Good to have Service management, ITSM exp
