ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
DESIGNATION: SAP Consultant HCM
REPORT TO: Project Lead / Project Manager
LOCATION: Delhi
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate with MBA in HR or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years
COMPETETIVE SALARY:

Sap Implementation Experience:1. Experience in business requirement discussion and study with the client to document the AS IS and WOULD BE Business Blueprint (BBP) including user authorization requirement, data sources and report requirement.
2. Configuration and customization of the module as per BBP.
3. Demonstration of the configured system to core team users.
4. Training users and designing the User Acceptance Test scenarios,
5. Conducting UAT and obtaining approval,
6. Master Data collection and purification.
7. Transport of final configuration to production server.
8. Upload master data, cut over / Go Live and post go-live support.

Technical Experience:SAP Certification Success Factor and ECC HCM & Payroll is preferable
Should Have knowledge on Organization Management, Personal Administration, Payroll, Time Management, Recruitment, ESS/ MSS, LSO, Exit Management, reimbursements, Personal Taxation, compensation & Benefits, Hire to Retire process etc. including in PSU, Govt Orgs.
Work independently with the client to identify their requirements, design enhancements, and functionality to help meet user requirements.
Provide functional process ownership of multiple business process areas based on the complexity of the project
. Ensure BBP Documentation and approval by User Core Team
. Complete Hands-on Configuration / customisation, followed by Data Migration, UAT including designing Test Scenarios and record results, error resolution, User Training, Cutover and post Go-Live Hand holding till stabilisation.
Organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with the client, internal operations team, and client project managers to resolve issues requiring a focused approach to implement the project
Work independently and play a major role at each phase of the project, and Act as guide to Junior SAP Functional Analysts
Function as resident team expert for all configuration issues (both support and project) within the areas (modules) of expertise
Responsible for understanding Functional Specifications followed by writing corresponding Detail Design Specifications for ABAPers
Review the developer's Technical Design Document (TDD) to ensure all requirements have been met
Work with the user community to determine the best solution to help resolve customer problems / gaps and satisfy customer requirements
