Role/Project Description :
Role Description on EHS:
Responsible for the SAP Product Safety and Stewardship solution design and build. Coordinates with overall Solution Lead to ensure integration across the solution and with enabling teams to accomplish required activities and deliverables.
The primary modules in scope for implementation:
  • Product Safety - Specification Management, Phrase Management, Report Shipping (Material Safety Document Sheet )
  • Dangerous Goods,
  • Hazardous Substance Master and
  • Substance Volume tracking
Functional consulting and process knowledge in these areas is required.
The Functional Consultant should have experience doing full lifecycle implementations and have the capability to independently write functional designs and to support the EH&S Workstream through the integration with MM, SD, QM.
Other responsibilities: Analyze the organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthe information.
Experience with the following tools is required:
  • SAP EHS OCC data migration tool
  • WWI/Expert Server Installation
Skill - Service Management
Job description for the service procurement:
  • Should have experience of working in complex landscape involving Integration of S4 with other products (Example: Ariba, Fieldglass etc.)
  • Should have indepth knowledge on Procurement Processes like STO, Subcontracting and Consignment
  • Should be able to integrate with other teams and handle integration issues with other teams (SD,PP,PM)
  • Candidates who have worked on SAP Fieldglass Integration with SAP S4, would have an added advantage
  • Expertise in Service Master Configuration, Service Master Hierarchy, Service Conditions and Service Pricing is mandatory
  • Should have proven knowledge in Service Contracts, Service Orders, Maintaining Service Entry sheets (Including Approval Workflow)
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
  • Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
