Wholesale Loans Technology supports Commercial Lending activities (Bi-Lateral or Multi-Lateral Loans) for multiple lines of businesses of JP Morgan Chase. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to contribute in meeting business agenda.
This role is for a developer to work with the Wholesale Loan Technology team at JPMorgan, Bangaloreoffice. As a member of the Wholesale Loan Technology Collateral team, you will be working on the build out of the Wholesale Loan Technology applications. You should bring strong communication and comprehension skills, strong design and development experience and experience working in an agile environment with continuous integration and delivery. You should be able to apply your experience to identify the right path forward, execute the next steps and get work done as an individual or as a team or with management support. You should be able to collaborate and work effectively in a team and across teams. A successful individual will be a problem solver, bring in development efficiencies to the team and improve the velocity of the team.
Specifically the role requires you to:
* Hands on experience in reporting design and development using SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence, Designer ( UDT & IDT).
* Hands on experience on BO Admin , CMC , LCM, Schedule , Publication and Profiles Tasks .
* Hands on experience to Write, Understand, Debugging skills of SQL code.
* Hands on experience to BO Repository, Handling servers issues, BO users and content security.
* Assist the team in supporting the application in all required environments.
* Participate in product backlog prioritization, story mapping, and story splitting activities.
* Prepare and lead sprint review meetings showcasing completed product backlog items to the product owner and subject matter experts.
* Proactively look to develop and implement best practices across the entire project team, practicing continuous process improvement.
* Collaborate face to face and virtually with the Product Owner, Operations and Technology partners around the world.
Required Skills:
* Bachelors or Master’s Degree - preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science
* Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Business objects (BO 4.0,4.1,4.2,XIR2) and project experience which includes development, project estimation, requirement gathering, issue resolution, configuration, go live assistance and post implementation support.
* Performance optimization of BO server as per SAP best practices.
* Analyze business requirements, needs and objectives and map them to SAP BI.
* For supporting Business Objects reports in production and new report development.
* Responsible for root cause analysis and providing solutions for production and development issues.
* Agile development experience with SCRUM
* Experience in Production BAU, Performance Profiling and Fine Tuning
* Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
* Proven ability to collaborate with global teams.
* Strong leadership skills and a willingness to drive change.
Desired Skills –
* Exposure to Any Dashboard tools.
* UNIX , Batch Script Knowledge.
* Exposure to Cloud Technologies like AWS or any.
* Continuous integration and Continuous Delivery experience (Jenkins)
