Job Location Gurgaon – Onsite

Position Name Senior SAP HR ABAP Consultant
Nature of Job Permanent
Notice period Immediate OR Max 30 days
Experience Min 4 Years (3.5 Years and above is ok)
CTC Range 8.00 to 12.00 L
Job Description/Experience
• Overall 5+ years of experience in SAP HR-ABAP consulting
• SAP Certification will prefer (not mandatory)
Mandatory Skill Sets
• HR-ABAP (with OOPS-ALV) + ABAP Webdynpro
Other Skill Sets
a) ESS and MSS development skills are must using ABAP Webdynpro.
b) Strong hands-on Experience in HR-ABAP such as using of LDB’s, Macros, Creation of Custom Info-types, Enhancement of Standard Info-types.
c) Hands on experience on OOPS, ALE-IDOC, BDC, BAPI, BADI, Reporting, Smart forms. Strong debugging skills.
d) Experience on Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), Organizational Management (OM) and Extracting the Data from Related Tables and Clusters.
e) SAP Workflows is added advantages
f) Ability to resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations.
g) Proven experience in writing and validating technical specifications.
h) Strong logical and analytical abilities along with problem solving skills
i) Good verbal and written communication skills.
