Roles and Responsibility
Salesforce Tech Lead (10 to 13 years)
3+ years of experience leading teams of multiple s for end to end Salesforce.com implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects
Experience in designing, customizing, developing complex end-to-end solutions along with leading enhancement and support Saleforce.com CRM Applications.
Should have a minimum of 6+ Years of relevant SFDC experience with Salesforce Platform Apex, Visual Force Pages, Lightning Framework, Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud .
Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect is preferred.
Thorough understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the SFDC CRM application.
Salesforce architectural experience to design and guide digital transformation of a company's enterprise architecture.
Experienced in estimating the level of effort needed for Salesforce projects.
Must have hands on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design, triggers, lightning components, lightning Design system.
Experience with technologies supporting SaaS applications including XML, Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Strong understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS, AngularJS, JQuery and JavaScript.
Provide and guide technical support to tasks related to pre-sales activities.
Conduct, lead and gather requirements from client through workshops.
Maintain an adaptable and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick responses to changing project needs and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
Guide and mentor team members in drafting technical responses for RFPs.
Experience in implementing IT practices including Change Management, Release Management and necessary coding guidelines to compliment design concepts.
Continually follow and keep themselves updated with new Salesforce product capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.
Excellent communication and managerial skills to manage both the business and development teams.
Proven track record of bringing structure to program management.
Should have advanced knowledge of software design and development process.
