Job Description

Our client is searching for a Salesforce Architect the candidate selected for this role must have the following qualifications/experience:
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud in a contact center environment
  • Architect Digital Channel setup include email, chat
  • Experience designing Omni-channel flows,
  • Designing queue and skill-based routing
  • Proficient with CTI Integration, Softphone configuration, screen pop, etc.
  • Worked with large scale Contact Centers (3000+ agents) and large Salesforce environments
  • Custom Object design best practices
  • CI/CD in Salesforce Environment
  • Hands on experience with Service Cloud Voice (AWS or BYOT) is highly desirable, but not required. Any in depth knowledge of the SCV solution is a major benefit.
