• A Team Leader is responsible for guiding a group of employees as they complete their projects. They are responsible for developing and implementing a timeline their team will use to reach its end goal.
• A leading Real estate company based on Sonipat is Hiring Sales Team Leader for Field sales team. 2+ yrs. of solid sales experience, preferably field sales (of which at least 1-2 yrs of team handling experience) People management skills Ability to get things done Ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment Graduate / Post Graduate degree .prepare Montly and weekly reports for Team and submit to Director & Chairman.
• Generating Sales Leads through all promotional initiatives
• - Meeting with corporate customers, understanding their needs and catering to them.
• - Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
• - Report on sales activities to senior management –
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area –
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding client base –
• Increasing business opportunities through various promotional initiatives –
• Collecting customer feedback and market research –
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• To maximize sales revenue and volume in a given area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents. Also, act as a single point contact on a Project that he/she leads the delivery operation for.
Key Responsibilities •
• Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy
• Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone.
• Train and evaluate the performance of the team .
• Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers Functional Skills •
• Understanding of the Real Estate Business •
• Build and handle a strong network of connections •
• Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends and CRM practices •
• Exposure to primary sales Skill Set •
• Ethical and Honest, Takes Ownership, Team management, Attention to detail, Communication Skills, Negotiation skills, Energetic and Positive.

• Must have prior experience of corporate sales –
• Mandatory to have Own conveyance –
• Must be young (<40),dynamic and energetic –
• Must be presentable, confident and hold positive attitude. –
• Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
• A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients. –
