The company (Shanghai) Air Treatment Equipments Co. Ltd.has it's Head Office at Shanghai. It has worldwide operations and customers in almost every industry. The Group has about 1500 employees and 13 plants worldwide.The group specializes in Air Engineering, Environmental Control Technologies.
Sales position(Country Business Manager) - (China)
The country Business Manager, will be working closely with EVP (International Business) in India and COO – of company China as Management representative to ensure the implementation of all Business development initiatives in China. He should have good knowledge of Chinese business environment and Chinese Industries like, Pharma, food, Lithium battery, Contractors, design institute etc. The knowledge & exposure of HVAC industry will be an added advantage. His main roles & responsibilities will be as follows:-

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Managing Region as profit center , should have knowledge of P&L, SG&A budget, Cash flow management.
2. To motivate and lead a high performance technical and sales team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the team.
3. Develop Short term and long term Sales, Market and Business development plans for the realization of Company’s Strategic objectives.
4. Direct and Control the company’s Sales Management operations to ensure the achievement of agreed as booked contribution and turnover objectives.
5. Review, Align and Gather lines Managers and teams together in Common focus to Ensure high performance consistently.
6. Guide, direct and influence the activities of team in working towards organization’s Objectives and Goals.
7. Identify and review achievement of critical mile stones and ensure the progress towards strategic business plan.
8. To Conceptualize and ensure implementation of Entry strategies in new Industries, markets and geographies to sustain & de-risk the existing business.
9. Development of Processes, Systems and operational philosophy to ensure continuous improvement in Products, Productivity and People to meet companies long term objectives
10. Plan,Organize and Control resources in terms of manpower, support services, Operating budgets and other support tools to facilitate the operating teams to achieve the objectives & Goals.
11. Closing Orders and Collaborating with Operations / Plant to ensure complete Customer satisfaction;
12. Maintaining relation& Networking with key clients/OEMs;
Qualification Requirements: (To be edited, as per the local requirement)
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical (Preferably from China)
Key Expectations:
1. Studied / Worked in China, Might have come back to India. Looking for an opportunity in China after few months of joining and training in India
2. Good knowledge of Chinese language (Written, Spoken)

3. Highest Customer Satisfaction;
4. Extensive Travel within China
5. Financial knowledge: Cash Flows, P&L, Annual Expense Budget is required
Location : India (Initially)

After few months, to be shifted to Shanghai, China
Skills & Experience Requirements:

Experience :10 to 15 Years, preferably 5-7 years in Industrial Capital Equipment or HVAC Industry.

Knowledge preferred : Industrial sales ,Pharmaceutical , Plastic and Food for industrial machinery.
Key Managerial Skills :'Inspirational Leadership', 'Effective Supervision', 'Employee Engagement'.
Key BehaviouralSkills :Innovation, Teamwork and Good Communication.
Reporting to :Dual reporting EVP ( International Business) and COO – China.
