Overview

  • Product revenue recognition process & Invoicing.
  • Interaction with sales team & customer for receivables. (Zero tolerance)
  • Interaction with Purchase and Finance team on PO & Payment processing.
  • Interaction with Legal, Finance and Purchase.
  • Managing Vendor Grievances & resolution.
  • Managing Customer Grievances & resolution.
  • Support technical team on licenses.
  • Reports & Analysis on receivables and vendor management.
  • Maintaining and Managing Audit & Compliance data and reports.
  • Support in delivery financial process improvements and implementation.
  • Good analytical skills and understanding of numbers.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and SAP.
  • Good in excel and PowerPoint presentation.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good collaboration, relationship and interpersonal skills
