Sales Operations Advisor
Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A link between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes - from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Key ResponsibilitiesQuota Deployment
  • Annual/Semi Annual Quota Rollout
    • Co-ordination with Sales Leaders for the process of quota setting from division of P&L / as sold SCP target, target tool co-ordination & assistance to the final delivery of individual sales-maker target.
    • Drives local team in accordance with timeline for Day 1 rollout
    • Setup regular cadence with segment sales leaders and business partners on compensation plan, reps & accounts structures, targets and quota rolls schedule.
    • Setup reps in the right roles and hierarchy in the COIN$ environment for reps incentive payments.
  • Collaborate with other support functions (Finance, Regional Reporting, country GBO Business Partners and GTM) to continuously drive strategic implementation, compliance and controls on both the new cycle readiness process and dependencies plus in cycle quota maintenance activities.
  • Participate and deploys global work stream initiatives related to quota, reps, and accounts to drive global standardization, process efficiency, compliance and controls.
  • Be a consultative partner to sales and country GBO Business Partners on quota methodology, compensation plans, policy and backend systems structure.
  • Provides value added ad hoc analytics related to quota deployment
GTM Territory Alignment
  • Engage with sales leaders, country GTM planners on matters pertaining to AMO, tiering and segmentation, sales organization structure and portfolio alignment activities. Enable the changes on the downstream systems per timeline
  • Manage in cycle movements and changes.
  • Drives critical GTM data hygiene with stakeholders
  • Provides value added ad hoc analytics related GTM enablement

Essential Requirements
. 5 to 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role
. Financial and analytical experience
. Solid understanding of appropriate technology solutions and protocols
. Good customer focus, with highly developed phone etiquette and a strong work ethic
. Excellent communications skills and capability to work under stress with calmness and composure
Desirable Requirements
. Bachelor's degree
. Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographies
