Job Description :
1) To manage a team of 8 -10 Sales Executives in the territory.
2) To identify and appoint sound distributors in the territory.
3) Should have good trade relations.
4) To identify coverage gaps and plan to fill such gaps through the assigned team.
5) To ensure high visibility of our brands at all times in the territory.
6) Should provide proper& timely training to the sales executives in the field.
7) Should ensure that all sales executives adhere to their Route Plans.
8) Should ensure good productivity from the sales executives.
9) Will be responsible for achieving sales targets of the assigned territory.
10) Should identify and explore new avenues to increase sales in the territory assigned.
11) Effective and efficient reporting is must.
12) To have adequate knowledge of competition activities in the assigned territory.
