Sales & Marketing-Manager JD :
Responsibilities :

Must be from Pre Engineered Building background (Structural Fabrication & Erection), PEB, PREFAB, SOLAR STRUCTURE. Adopt in managing Pre-engineered Steel Structure Building Projects planning, with execution and total collection of payment.
• Sales, Marketing & Business Development

Developing new clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business.
Forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thus enhancing client.
• Sales
Handle Presentations, Product demos and interaction with all key people and convince them implicitly, closing the case keeping all the major aspects in front and increased sales growth.
• Channel Management & Distribution

Planning & Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product.
• Client Relationship Management

Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
• Team Building

Monitoring, recruiting, training & motivating the manpower and providing direction to the sales team for ensuring optimum performance and enhancing their professional and soft skills.
• Analyzing the performance of team members for assigning targets on a regular basis.
• Identifying new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions
• Managing and interpreting client requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
• Calculating client quotations, preparing product proposal, commercial and technical offers, Sales contract clauses
• Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company need
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Offering pre-sales support to sales representatives, preparing tender documents, technical offers, bill of materials and technical specifications for projects
• Preparing reports for management and coordinating sales projects
• Liaising with other members of the sales team of different zones and other technical experts
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Making technical presentations, conducting product demos and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education and communicating new product developments to prospective customers
• Coordinating with customers for approval of technical specification and drawings
• Coordinating with various departments for document and sales contract preparation, preparation of final bill of materials after finalization of order
• Coordinating with quality control department for client inspection and third party inspection and ensure the delivery of the product on schedule as per contract
• Working on ERP system for generating and issuing invoice of work and sales order
• Handling the queries and issues, complaints of the customers and resolve it effectively
• Reviewing tenders documents and drawings, providing estimates, preparing of technical offer, costing and best product solutions
• Designing and preparing equipment drawings for projects as per orders with team of draughtsman for issuing drawings and bill of material for manufacturing
• Liaising with internal and external department for effective completion of the order
• Follow ups with vendors, suppliers and quality control for timely delivery of equipment
