Job Description

1. To visit KOL Doctors and Hospitals alongwith subordinate marketing team to introduce and promote Brands of the Company and to get prescription of these. 
2. To visit different areas in different territories alongwith ASMs and MRs and to guide them for better working efficiency  and maximum output.
3. To keep the product information and product knowledge upto date in line with communication from the company.
4. To follow the company strategy strictly to achieve more sales.  
5. To Align the sales team with the company objectives and Targets.
 
Candidate should have a minimum Ten years of experience in sales of Pharmaceutical formulations (Preferably in Neuro psychiatry division)  with a proven successful track record. 
The candidate should be a team leader.
