Job Description

  • Manage distributors and develop new projects with existing EMS, Continuously identify the market or opportunities, complete monthly or annual sales targets.
  • Strengthen business through successful management and consultation to Distributors and EMS customers base.
  • Conduct, distinguish and supervise sales planning to develop and execute account development strategies and goals and monthly monitors its progress and important.
  • Responsible for EMS maintenance underneath the guidance from sales leader and sales team.
  • To develop and implement customers annual sales plan with clearly stated sales target, sales promotion budget and expenses, receivable target.
  • Completion of sales activities, including customer contact, customer visit, quotation negotiation, new opportunities development, exhibition etc.
  • Facilitate with internal functions, Foster in-depth customer understanding as well as account procedures and toolkits through training and coaching Strengthen customer interactions together with supporting team.
