Job Description

1.1 Develop and Manage Key Accounts for product sales
1.1.1 Develop potential partner base to access customers across diverse segments like institutions& distributors
1.1.2 Continuously design ways to increase footprint – new partners, new geographies
1.1.3 Develop in-depth understanding of partners’ business and secondary sales trend
1.1.4 Develop pricing and promotion strategy
1.1.5 Cross functional alignment to achieve goals and to maintain delivery/ service timelines
1.2 Develop and Implement Strategies for best possible value for the organization with Strategic Alliances and integrated supply demand dynamics.
1.2.1 Develop robust strategies to associate with institutions, as per the annual KRA’s
1.2.2 Do integrated associations with key institutions, thereby leveraging the association through multiple initiatives and driving higher reach and better conversions
1.2.3 Work closely with the origin teams to ensure drive volume sales.
1.2.4 Ensure that the integration into sales programs has a strong tie-back to the core business
1.2.5 Co-ordinate all operational activities with cross functional stakeholders and ensure service/delivery as per contracts &timelines
1.2.6 Analyse past sales and market trends to conceptualize and develop strategy way forward.
1.3 To understand ground realities of job and can manage the execution flawlessly.
1.4 Candidate should be aware of managing institutional business processes, workflows, back-end operations
1.5 Candidate should be aware about market trends, price and cost mechanics of channel
