Position Title: Sales Manager – Commercial Systems
Reports to: Sr. Manager
Location: Mumbai/ Pune
1. Achieving Sales Objectives in the assigned Region (Maharashtra, Gujrat ); Revenue and Profit Targets
2. Key Account Management; Developing Business with International and National QSR, FSR, Lodging Chains and Beverage Manufacturers
3. Channel Development and Channel Management; Adding New Distributors/Dealers in the Region
4. Leading Business Development by New Customer Acquisition, Developing Business with OEMs.
5. Working closely with Product Management and Technical Service; Delivering Appropriate Solutions to Customer Needs and Providing High Quality After-sales Service
Essential Job Functions
1. Achieves Sales Objectives in assigned Region.
2. Develops and maintains a strong relationship with direct customers and channel partners.
3. Manages actual and potential channel conflict.
4. Meets distributors, and customers on a regular basis to keep them informed about products, product lines, and production capabilities.
5. Assists distributors and other channel partners with product promotion
6. Acquires product knowledge by training, self-learning, utilizes length and breadth of product lines in maximizing sales revenue.
7. Leads participation in trade shows and assists in the selection and preparation of samples and promotional materials.
8. Coordinates customer product requirements with other departments such as marketing, manufacturing, engineering, and materials.
9. Assists in developing new products, participates in market surveys, leads new product introduction in assigned Region
10. Participates in Sales planning, provides accurate sales forecasts, makes timely indents, provides MIS to Sales Leader as per desired frequency and timeline.
11. Implements organization and business policies, protects and maintains business hygiene
12. Provides Market feedback to Sales Leader on competition, customer issues, and market trends.

Essential – BE/BTech/ME/MTech (Chemical/Mechanical) or BSc/MSc (physics/chemistry/any allied science) from a college of repute.
Desired - MBA/ PGDM in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution with proven track record in sales. Exposure to B2B distribution is necessary
5-7 years of relevant HORECA Industry experience, preferably with work experience in Kitchen Equipment, Water Treatment Products, Cleaning Chemicals and Food & Beverage businesses. Only MNC experience is relevant
