JOB DESCRIPTION

• Experience of Client Acquisition with proven results
• Experience of working directly with Direct Clients/Implementation Partners and understanding their job requirements and finding matching profiles.
• Experience of managing and driving Accounts
• Experience within the roles of Sales Manager/BDM in US IT Staffing is a must.
• Experience of acquisition of MSP/VMS partners is a plus
• Experience of Account Management, Business Development, Inside/Outside Sales, Client Success Management, etc.
• Extensive experience in Full Life Cycle recruiting in US IT Recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving Results through cold/warm calling and generating leads from Social platforms and referrals
• Convert potential contacts into Business Partners
• Build strong relationship and maintain rapport with Business Partners
• Drive all activities end to end which are pertaining to client acquisition.
• Generating new Leads, Maintaining the contacts database, Segregating the leads and adding new contacts to database.
• Collaborate with other Account Managers and Recruiters for smooth operational function.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients.
• Talk on the phone with clients on a daily basis and give weekly status updates.
• Analyzes business trends and relevant economic indicators for hiring and compensation information to utilize in the selection of candidates..
• Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients.
• Manage Delivery and all related issues.
• Provide regular updates via reports to the management (CEO, Directors, Business Head)
• In urgent situation should be able enthusiastically do hands on recruitment.

Own Laptop / Desktop
Internet Connection
Comfortable to work for 7:30pm To 4:30am IST from Monday to Friday
