Job Description

Job definition: Presentation, sales and pre-sales customer management of high value residential apartment projects for a reputed real estate development corporation.

Your Role: One point contact for customer enquires-in bound calls, walkins, web enquiries, telemarketing, etc.To present and sell premium apartment projects online via voice or video, answer queries, and manage the virtual customer experience from product introduction to the closure of sales.In addition, to manage and enhance systems/processes, develop, and manage the team.

Basic Skills: Personal and tele-video Presentation skillsGood command over spoken English and Hindi; fluent Kannada is an added advantageAbility to pitch and close SalesGood collaboration and interpersonal communicationMeticulous about documentation and routineCustomer-directed thinking and problem solvingTeam management

Competencies: Sales of premium or high involvement products Emulating good customer relationship management and service practices Reading of maps, awareness of connectivity in Bangalore is an advantage Comprehension of customer buying behavior for a home is an advantageSelf-confidence in the presentation of projects and answering questionsTeam management, performance monitoring and motivation

Key Responsibilities: Handling of new customer enquiries from first email/call to closure or pre-closure of sale of apartments Customer documentation, tracking, and follow-up Collaboration with the team at the project site Proactive and systematic in tracking all enquiries and calls to strengthen the sales pipeline.Track market trends and competitors activities on ongoing basis.Generate MIS-weekly/project wiseManage sales performance monitoring and motivation of the team.Efficiently managing a team ensuring optimum performance in capturing all enquires and calls to get max results.Establish and maintain a client and peer professional network to get to know the trends in the markets and adapt best practices.Effectively manage key accounts and other channel partners, channel-realtors, associates.Training to pre-sales executives to develop their skills.Guide and supervise a team to fulfill targets.
