Job Description

Job Responsibilities :
Analysing, differentiating, and converting a customer from hot prospects
Generating the set targeted revenue by Ensuring high conversion of a prospect to
sale through relationship management and strong follow up
Focusing on building a long-term relationship with the customer after the sale
Ensuring that the customer information is maintained and updated in CRM after
the sale.
Conducting market research and keeping up-to-date with the knowledge of the
market
Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results
Escalating the burning issues at the right moment to the direct reporting manager
Education/Experience Requirements:
A successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing,
business management, or any business-related field
At least 3 years of experience in sales or another relevant field.
Skills :
Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and organizational skills
Proven marketing and sales skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly in non-technical
language;
Superb research skills
Proven leadership skills
Ability to keep up with technologies and market trend
