Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1.  Meeting Architects, Purchase Managers, Contractors and Influencers (Project Developers, Builders, Engineers, plumbers etc) 
2. Site Visits. Expanding Network with influencers. 
3. Coordinating and working with sales team, Ensuring training books, catalogue, Whatsapp Videos. 
4. Identify and Handle Customer needs. 
5. Generating Lead for future prospective, Specification to influencers. 
6. Building Sales Volume, Achieving Targets sets.
7. Systematically analyze and report sales result, expectation, market, competition and trends.
8. Payment Collection.
9. Maintaining CRM and Daily Reporting. 
10. Daily Followup with Calls regarding existing and new calls. 
11. Involving in Promotional Activities. 
12. New Client acquisition. 

Required Candidate Profile
The Candidate must have. 

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English Speaking and Writing Skills
  • Should have ability to develop Channels. 
  • Should Be Self Driven. 
  • Should have good Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook. 
  • Should be presentable in front of influencers.
