Amazon Global Selling is looking for a Sales Excellence Manager as part of the Global Selling (Exports) who will be responsible for driving pre-launch initiatives like lead management, improving conversion within the launch funnel and unblock sellers to reduce launch timelines. Ideal candidate has designed inventive solutions to improve sales productivity, driven best practices in marketing automation, enabled lead management enhancements, managed data governance across systems, and led the reporting and analytics used to consistently refine and improve sales and marketing programs.

Working in a dynamic sales environment, this person will be responsible for managing lead generation and management workstream by ensuring that we have a healthy pipeline of leads and focus on improving our pre-launch sales processes. '
Key job responsibilities
. Drive the end-to-end design, roadmap, implementation plans for lead management including lead generation, qualification and prelaunch programs for conversion and TAT improvement.
. Analyze lead data to find inefficiencies and improve lead quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise lead generation processes and improve GMS productivity through better quality leads.
. Measure, monitor, and optimise the performance of lead generation programs to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
. Identify growth levers for pre-launch processes to improve and unblock sellers/sales team by reducing launch timelines.
. Translate stakeholder pain points into executable feature requests for the product team. Benchmark with other geographies to identify best practices . Partner with stakeholders from business, BI, marketing, product to identify scalable solutions
. Implement and build scalable solution/mechanisms to review the right metrics in order to monitor progress and drive adoption
Basic Qualifications :
. 3+ years of sales experience
. Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
. 5+ years of successful sales/program management, business improvement or management consulting roles, preferably in the eCommerce, retail technology, or software industries . Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguous problems / strong problem solving skills . Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation with various business and technical teams . Excellent analytical and data-mining aptitude, coupled with strong Microsoft Excel skills and SQL skills . Ability to create innovative new initiatives that generate results . Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail . Proven track record collaborating successfully with internal and external partners
Preferred Qualifications :
. MBA or related masters degree
. 3-5 years experience in Salesforce or other marketing automation/CRM tools
. 3-5 years experience working on lead management projects
