Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Learn technical details of our existing products and their capabilities.
• Create new sales and marketing strategy with team and position our product as best solution for prospective clients.
• Generate high quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.
• Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of value preposition.
• Successfully match customer requirements/pain to proposed solutions.
• Manage all technical aspects of RFI/RFP responses.
• Effectively communicate client need to R&D teams for future product enhancement.
• Search new clients who could utilize our product.
• Travelling to visit potential customer.
• Sets and achieve regular sales goals.
• Collect and document competitive intelligence. 

Qualification & Skills required – 
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. MBA in Sales preferred. 
  • Minimum 2- 3 years’ sales experience in selling customized solutions mainly hydraulic based. 
  • Solid technical background to understand complexity of systems. 
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skill. 
  •  Excellent presentation and creativity skill. 
  •  Excellent leadership skill. 
  •  Willingness to travel.
