Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via telephone and e-mail
- Prepare a Quotation
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages
- Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability
- Ensuring stock levels are well maintained
- Check stock availability or production schedules and forward the order details to production and distribution departments.
- Enter details of the order on the company's computing system and check that it includes the correct price, discount level and product requirements.
- Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time
- Should be able to promote our products to New and Existing customers
- Should be able to generate Leads to increase Business
- Analysing & Maintaining in house sales reports
- Working on New Customers and converting them to orders
- Submitting monthly Sales Plan
- Meeting monthly Sales Target
- Ensuring no customer complaints
- Ensure collections are made as per Payment Terms
- Follow up on the sent Quotations and convert them
- Supporting the field sales team.
Skills
Good verbal and written English communication.
Qualification: Graduate
