Job Description

The main focus of the candidate will be new Lead Generation and new Customer Acquisition.
Major responsibilities will include:-
• Taking charge over existing products and customers
• Familiarizing with current products and its derivatives as well as with downstream / upstream products
• Regular follow-up & personal visits with existing clients
• Back-end activities such as finalization of orders, generation of invoices, follow-up with logistics department / transporters and end customers
• Detailed study of existing products and identifying new applications / leads in the industry thereby expanding current customer base
• Working on new products & product development of probable new segments that can be offered as a basket along with existing products for same applications / similar industrial use
• Negotiating with customers on several parameters such as price, payment, delivery, etc
• Maintaining inventory record of physical stock and preparing reports on various stock statistics such as monthly sales, consumption, demand, customer charts, etc
• Coordination with all other departmental teams such as Import/Purchase, Logistics, Accounts, and Stores
• Participation in most of the exhibitions & seminars related to the chemical industry
• Develop a growth strategy focusing on financial gain & customer satisfaction
• Prepare & duly update MIS reports, product and customer targets
• Promote Company & its various products through publicity, social media, advertising, upgrading website and customer outreach
• Provide feedback to management and check competition and identify market prices and competitor offers for similar products
