Job Description

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. • Ensure all aspects of tenders and RFP’s preparation, quality, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner
