Location : Mumbai, Bandra West
Reporting to Floor Supervisor
1. Scope of the role
Responsible for the Retail Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Store Operations and Customer Experience
2. Job Profile
. Achievement of store sales targets as per plan for retail metrics like Pure Member Reporting, conversion & repeat customer
. Conduct home visits, new collection introduction, and reduce dormancy by direct connects, customer profile enrichment after meeting the customer
. Curate experiences in coordination with Privee for birthday/ anniversary celebrations of key customers outside or within boutique
. Maintain efficient store operations through store upkeep and VM, following grooming standards, commercial compliance, SOP compliance
. Ensure exceptional customer experience through Perks Reporting and responding to online leads

4. The right person
. Graduate/10+2 with 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably jewellery
. Should be well groomed and possess keen sense of aesthetics
. Should be warm and approachable, a good storyteller and a conversationalist
. Behavioural Competencies: Customer Centricity, Delivers Results, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Building Effective Teams
. Functional Competencies: Business Acumen, Product Knowledge, Commercial Acumen, Sales Planning, Process Orientation
