Job Description

We have opening for Resource Manager

Exp: 8 to 15yrs

• Spearheading the entire gamut Resource Management Function entailing utilization, requirement analysis, bench management, recruiting, relocating employees, retention, up skilling, cross skilling and so on
• Collaborating with different Delivery & Project Manager to gather requirement for mapping competent resources across ongoing and upcoming projects
• Extending grass rooted efforts in performing bench management by sharing vacant resource competency with ongoing and other Bus; ensuring their placement as per requirement, skill, level, cost and career aspirations
• Participating in review meetings with Delivery Leads & Pre-sales teams to plan resource alignment
• Coordinating and tracking with HR that candidates selected as fitting into to grade & role as per approved internal/external rate card for billable positions.
• Periodically review with HR the status of joining candidates to forecast deployment timelines
• Providing assistance in relocation, immigration, VISA, taxes and other compliances to bridge capacity planning and bench management
• Strategizing resource management by optimizing resource pools of Venerate and 3rd party resources to ensure revenue targets quarter on quarter in partnership with Project Management and Delivery team.
• Partnering with HR for driving the process of manpower sourcing, selection of best candidate, execution of interviews & screening tests
• Screen, select, onboard and engage with 3rd party partners for resource augmentation at lowest TAT, right quality and optimal rate.
• Assuring cost optimization by resource augmentation, employee cross training, efficient resource estimating or leveling and vendor negotiations
• Establishing strategies in partnership with TA/HR to deliver on key metrics including SLA, cost per hire, time to fill and quality of hire; collaborating with business and stakeholders for timely closure of all mandates
• Leading end-to-end Recruitment Life Cycle for positions across India &international, including industry mapping, manpower planning, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing and offer negotiations
• Coordinating with vendors across regions to find the right skill after enabling them across software portfolio to help generate support pipeline
• Developing back-to-back 3P SOWs helping minimize deliverables and overheads leakage
• Interacting with L&D team to enhance resource career aspirations and invest in skill matrix by meetings individual employee to understand their career aspirations and plan trainings accordingly
• Embedding processes, tools, systems within business to improve processes
Experience: Candidates from BE/MCA/MBA qualified with 10-15 years experience preferably from IT delivery/project management background of which 2-4 years in resource management function in recent past.
Team Size: Individual Contributor at this point. Team to scaled up with building up of scale and complexity.
Reporting Manager: CTO
Reviewing Manager: CEO

CTC: 18 to 22 Lac per annum
