Job Description

Job Responsibilities 
  • Follow company event procedures including deposits, contract signings, POS system event bookings.
  • Manage email correspondence both internally and externally
  • Will be available Monday through Friday via email and phone to work with clients, return emails promptly and answer questions. Will be available for after-hours meetings if needed
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Work with clients and understand what they are looking for in their wedding, corporate or personal celebration event.
  • Understanding budgets and having the ability to negotiate in order to meet the budget while still meeting profitability requirements.
  • Can configure menus for private dining groups as well as large corporate events.
  • Have a strong sense of design to help create elements that will enhance the venue if needed.
  • Able to create detailed timelines for the entire day: Set up, vendor load in and arrival times, assist with staff scheduling, kitchen timeline along with clean up/break down instructions.
  • Attend site visits with all vendors
  • Confirm all final details with event and make sure revision are documented in the proper departments while supporting and providing information needed for all team members.
  • Will attend the ceremony rehearsal
  • Will all attend all walkthroughs for corporate clients
  • Will be on site for all your events and be the team leader for the day, running and executing the day of time line and making executive decision when necessary
