Create and maintain a messaging playbook that establishes principles for Company's brand voice, and how to effectively apply the voice to different types of content (emails, ad copy, website, product, blog posts, guides, etc.)
Create and manage a prioritized calendar of copy requests and new content initiatives.
Develop a deep empathy for and understanding of customers.
Support brand strategy development, creative production projects, public relations, and external communications as needed.
Collaborate with external partners (e.g. agencies, real estate industry partners, influencers etc.) on content development.
Craft compelling copy as a tool to motivate people to complete specific actions across the customer journey.
Partner with Marketing and Product Design teams to develop on-site copy tests and optimize messaging across the customer journey.
