Job Responsibilities 

  • Create and maintain a messaging playbook that establishes principles for Company's brand voice, and how to effectively apply the voice to different types of content (emails, ad copy, website, product, blog posts, guides, etc.)
  • Create and manage a prioritized calendar of copy requests and new content initiatives.
  • Develop a deep empathy for and understanding of customers.
  • Support brand strategy development, creative production projects, public relations, and external communications as needed.
  • Collaborate with external partners (e.g. agencies, real estate industry partners, influencers etc.) on content development.
  • Craft compelling copy as a tool to motivate people to complete specific actions across the customer journey.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product Design teams to develop on-site copy tests and optimize messaging across the customer journey.
