What you'll achieve
Sells Dell's products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to specified customer/partner segments in alignment with outside sales and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer/partner experience. Understands the administrative and operational requirements of the job. Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers/partners.
  • Should have good knowledge about Dell Sales Tools and Should be able to demonstrate leadership skills on 24*7 work environment.
  • Should be able to manage a team in absence of Manager & Should have hands-on experience on maintaining SLA's.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions and Finds ways to improve efficiency, quality, and service of ongoing work.
  • Should be able to Coach & train people with a different skillset and Should be able to maintain & manage daily numbers and Should be proficient in sales.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of Dell business, segments, regions and Able to understand customer centricity, support scope based on customer origination.
  • Manage time and prioritize effectively and Demonstrate initiative and good judgment in resolving issues affecting customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate Ethics & Professionalism when working and Works effectively and efficiently under time constraints and high stress/pressure environments also Goal/Career oriented and a team player.

Desirable Requirements:
  • Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 4-5 years of Experience in Sales and hands-on knowledge about Sales tools ( IDD(Integrated Dell Desktop) and DSA (Dell Sales Application ).
  • Experience with SMB would be an added advantage.
