  1. BMC Smart IT, BMC Digital Workplace, BMC Smart Reporting and BMC Discovery experience.
  2. Strong BMC Remedy CMDB and BMC Atrium Integrator Spoon experience.
  3. Strong experience of working with CMDB’s and the configuration management process.
    Experience of Configuration Management systems, including the CI data model and relationships.
  4. Experience of overseeing the end-to-end management of a Remedy implementation of a CMDB system.
  5. Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy Developer Studio and best practice when building upon customisations to forms and workflow.
  6. Experience of Remedy integrations through use of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
  7. Strong Telecom knowledge in inventory management and OSS/BSS
  8. Hands-on experience with all phases of projects, especially Incident Management / Triaging of voice and data networks.
  9. Managing Level 2 Ticket/Order Triage Specialist, Incident, Problem, Service Request, Escalation
  10. Experience working in a 24x7 production support model with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  11. Experience in Application Monitoring tools, Incident management, managing crisis calls.
  12. Experience in System Orchestration
  13. Experience in implementing the product catalogue
  14. Experience in network activation on L2 and L3 services.
  15. Good understanding on application middle wares like JBOSS, WebLogic or WebSphere
  16. Hands on Oracle, MySQL database
  17. Hands on experience in Java, Unix, Python and Shell scripting
  18. Must have experience on working in Operation support
  19. Create problem records and perform root cause analysis
  20. Excellent communication and presentation skills
