Job Description

Core Responsibilities: Sales Process Management o Aggressively drive the sales numbers and develop and generate business and sales of affordable home loans for his/her branch o Expand and retain the company-s base of customers for affordable homes by working closely on customer acquisition and retention strategies o Develop and maintain strong liaisons with the clients for repeat business or referrals while also ensuring they are part of our future projects. o Effectively execute sales strategies by maximizing sales through a network of DSA / Direct Sales/ Builders and effectively manage connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business o Capitalize on business opportunities by empanelling DSAs, builder tie ups, and planning and monitoring joint promotional activities with developers. o Facilitate the development of new locations as per targets so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business o Ensure smooth functioning of lending process at the various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service. Sales Planning and Team Management o Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers so as to assure achievement of business targets and profitability of the area o Supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies o Manage team by recruiting quality resources and grooming from time to time in presentation and selling skills Industry & Governance o Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies o Ensure a strong understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets and provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. o Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company
