Position Overview

Position Title/Designation: Relationship Manager/Executive

Department: CSC- Rural & Micro Insurance

Level/ Band: 201/Executive

Role Summary:

  • Provide MIS support to the CSC SPV Channel

  • Benchmark productivity management through designated CSC-SPV Geography

  • Influence partners for mindshare, product mix & business

    Organizational Relationships

    Reports To: National Head - CSC

    Supervises: None

    Job Dimensions:

    Geographic Area Covered: Partner geography, depending on Partner/s Zonal definition defined basis geography.

    Internal Stakeholders: Internal Training, Distribution Operations, Operations, Channel Marketing, F&A.

    External: External Channel Partners.

  • MIS & Operations management

  • Responsible for CSC-SPV's benchmark productivity management in the assigned Geography.

    Relationship Management

  • Influence partners for mindshare, product mix & business
  • Assist partner through training scheduling and customer service
  • Assis in design of business plan specific to channel partner structure and its execution
  • Provide TALIC Intelligence on for large scale contest rollouts.

    Ensure Compliance


  • Business MIS
