Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Identifies sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share – Hunting.
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities – Farming.
• Generate interest, qualify prospects, articulate solutions and close deals.
• Forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments
• Build client rapport and communicate solution values of products and services
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Comfortable with Targets and timelines
• Marketing Concepts, Positioning, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Client Relationships
• Minimum 10-12 years of IT/Digital solutions sales experience
• Candidates with IT, Mobility background with experience of selling solutions to BFSI sector
• Preferred Engineering + MBA background from a reputed institute
• Good know how in regional sales, should have contacts across region in FSI sector
