We are an end-to-end recruitment solutions firm and help organizations plan, define, fit, find, screen and place people. Our offerings start from workforce planning & market intelligence to competency mapping, assessments, recruitment, reference checks and payroll processing.
We work on both retained and contingent recruitment models, and other services like research and assessments are offered in the form of specially priced contracts or separate service offerings. We focus on executive and senior management search, as well as hiring for middle management, niche roles and diversity, while Volume hiring and temporary staffing continue to be managed under the “Head Hunters HR organization.
