Job Description

Responsibilities

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:


• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment

• Screen potential candidates resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill SoftSign HR’s customer job vacancies

• Perform sourcing, screening and interview scheduling

• Schedule Interviews - Coordinate between TA team of customer & candidate

• Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.

• Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent for SoftSign HR’s customer as per their requirement

• Proactively source and establish relationships with candidates to build a consistent pipeline of talent

• Create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience

• Manage assigned open positions and candidate workflow in ATS


Requirements:

• Preferred, Under Graduate/Graduate

• Strong sourcing skill set with experience in a variety of sourcing tools/job portals and methods

• Experience in the implementation and execution of strategic searches

• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations

• Experience in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferred

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Hybrid model of working - WFH/WFO

• Open to travel for campus drives/job fairs
