As a Delivery manager
He/ She is supposed to achieve his/her team targets
Ensuring high Quality of Hire for each mandate allocated to him/her
Ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
Accumulate and share in-depth knowledge, insights, and relationships to the practice/ industries allocated to him/ her.
As a Relationship Manager
He/ She will be responsible for the mandate closures and satisfaction of clients.
Ensure high-quality farming of positions from all allocated clients
Ensuring High Process Quality for all the business processes including in the operating software like ATS and CRM.
Excellent Verbal and Written Business Communication Skills
Should be Technology Friendly
Open to working with Business Targets
Energetic, willing to learn and should be Customer-Centric
